Easy 5 minute Greek yogurt dip with herbs and garlic
Thick, creamy and flavourful yogurt herb dipping sauce is made with a few staple pantry ingredients. This easy greek yogurt dip requires a few ingredients that most probably everyone will have in the pantry and just 5 minutes of time to prepare it.

1 Hand Whisk
1 cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Granules
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- handful Fresh Parsley chopped
- Salt as required
- Pepper as required
- Lemon Juice from half lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Place the yogurt in a bowl and whisk it until smooth and creamy.
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Now add the salt, pepper, thyme, garlic granules, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.
½ Teaspoon Garlic Granules, 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, handful Fresh Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined and creamy.
Serve the delicious greek yogurt dip with vegetable sticks or with any appetiser of your choice.
Greek yogurt yields a thick and creamy dip. However, if you struggle to find it in local grocery stores then use thick natural yogurt.
Lemon juice adds a zing to the yogurt dip and elevates the flavour so try not to skip it.
Store the dip in the fridge until ready to serve.
Roasted cumin powder imparts a lovely earthy flavour.
