1 cup = 250ml ; 1 tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 teaspoon = 5ml
- 145 gms (or) ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Distilled Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder/Cayenne
Before you get started, scroll up a little and watch a quick recipe video.
In a bowl, put mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, chilli powder, vinegar.
Whisk it until smooth and creamy.
You can either serve straight away or keep in fridge for at least 30 minutes for best taste.
Transfer remaining sauce to a clean glass jar and store it in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
You may use lemon juice instead of vinegar if it is in hand.
Skip chilli powder/cayenne if you prefer mild sauce.
Sauce keeps good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge if stored in an air-tight clean jar. However, I would suggest checking the expiry date of ingredients and use up the sauce soon if the product has a short shelf life.
