Double Cream (Heavy Cream) Condensed Milk Vanilla Extract
Use a 2:3 ratio of condensed milk to heavy cream for the perfect texture
Press the plastic wrap on top of the ice cream to prevent ice crystals
Whip chilled heavy cream and vanilla extract in a bowl until stiff peaks form
Fold in condensed milk
Pour mixture into a freezer-friendly container and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 6-8 hours
