you'll need

Halve and soak baby potatoes for 15-20 mins. Parboil in salted water, drain & rest in a strainer

Combine parboiled potatoes, chilli flakes, fresh rosemary, salt & oil. Gently stir/toss until potatoes are well coated.

Enjoy piping hot and utterly delicious rosemary roasted potatoes with any main meal of your choice!
