Dry Fruit Lassi
1 Cup = 240ml
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Almonds roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Pistachios roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Walnuts roughly chopped
- pinch Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Add yogurt, milk, cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, walnuts, cardamom powder, sugar in the blender.
- Blend till smooth and refrigerate for couple of hours.
- Pour the lassi in the glass
- Top it with few almond slices.
- Healthy and nutritious Dry Fruit Lassi is ready to serve.
